We have had no changes to our fee earners for fifteen years. When the recession hit, we were able to adapt because each fee earner gives support to the others. We long ago banished audio tape as inefficient, each doing their own typing. We all answer the phone and make the tea. Politics at Greenwoods is non-existent. We co-operate to meet challenges.

Lynda Greenwood
Lynda was brought up in the local area, educated at King James Grammar School and qualified as a solicitor in 1986 when she practised and became a Partner of a Firm in Surrey. Lynda set up Greenwoods as a family run practice after having her daughter in 1991. Read for and achieved a 2.1 in a Law Degree at the OU. She grew up locally and now lives in Wetherby. She has many years of experience advising clients in the area. Specialising in residential conveyancing, Samantha works hard to keep all parties informed and deals with all aspects of the sale and purchase of residential property. Samantha is also experienced with unregistered property sales and purchases and has particular expertise in dealing with elderly clients.

Dawn grew up in Knaresborough and attended King James School where she then attained her CILEX qualification whilst working full time and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2008. Dawn has many years of experience dealing with all aspects of residential property work including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, Help to Buy and voluntary first registrations.
